Steel Church Buildings

I live in a small mean city (Spring of Boulder, Wyoming) where the owners of house and apartment evaluate gougent as la�'s no tomorrow. Je'm desires to have a buidling in steel (as the a used one for the factories, the churches, etc.) constructed and establish walls of inexpensive dry partition. Je'd includes also a small one reads and a small compartment in every piece. Je'd loads an extremely small quantity of money for the rent for this. With hope this competition would help unity down below the prices AND does me a small types also. My question is: There are laws or the laws qui'd brakes me to do this?
