Do you have ideas for a church to manage the inventory, the usage and order provisions of office?I work for a big church and we have desperately need to have a system to the inventory, manage and stalk the office provisions.
We need to establish orders again points and begins understanding how the year of church (c.-a -d. the blow of sending of fall, Christmas, Easter, the summer) affects the need for the inventory if this que's had to be able is onhand and ordered for the better prices. We have good suppliers, but the people order just although they it wants/need if la 's a lot of monies to be saved.

I use currently quickbooks to check all aspects of my small matters including the direction of inventory although I have also several electronic leaves of personalized Excel I established myself as a quick reference.
I like quickbooks because it does a lot more just the direction of inventory. It will do to foresee, budget, the bills, the register of the personnel of handful and a million something else that just Access isn't conceived to do. It is also a lot more friendly user than of access is (although I the refuge't used the caliber that you mentioned).
You do not run evidently a matters. Your inventory is nothing! And the simplified rule is process more simple. Do an inventory list with the salesman and order every week. Qui's it.
