Church Salaries

Je'm was interested in plays the drum for this church, but the salary is " negotiable", and je'm I guessing the name of gotta it me. I put without any doute't need to go too low, because I have things je've obtained to pay, and this is for additional money. Je'd stay with my current church, but I need money. Que's an average salary for someone that does it play an or two times a week?
