Can my church offer disease insurance to the group to the entire congregation?The church members would have the salary their portion, but can the church offer disease insurance to the group to the congregation members?
We are in Virginia, and the assurance currently is not offered to the two on time partial personnel. Yes, but you would need atleast 100 people and the it would be dear unless your average person is less than 40 old years..
And it would always be 300 dollars or more by the month.
The true disease insurance of group cannot be offered to congregants. You could obtain the individual assurance for congregants using an arrangement of classification of group, if the congregation was rather big and if the insurance company wishes agree with the idea.
Is your church authorized to sell the assurance? If no, no.
For a project of health of GROUP, at least 50% of the eligible people must participate.
Can you obtain the half the congregation to be involved itself? And then, AN ENTITE is responsible of the bill every month, for EVERYONE. You cannot do the changes of the month to the month. If you pouvez't collects the premium of someone, on a group project, you always have SALARY for them, whoever it a person that bills is.
